Our ministry was featured in the Pensacola News Journal in October of 2008. Someone who read that article told me (Pastor Craig) that I should meet Kristen Fairchild of Chain Reaction. Three months later, we sat down at Bagelheads for a breakfast meeting. It is rare for me to meet someone as on fire about teens in the same way as I am. We got up from the table three hours later as instant friends, bound and determined to change the world together.
I became a part of the adult leadership at Chain Reaction, and began to work on partnering our youth group with their organization. After having seen their heart and how successful and organized they are, it was a no brainer for REVOLUTION to do a majority of its community outreach through the arms of Chain Reaction… it was the perfect pairing.
